Alexandra “Alex” Baca serves as the Executive Assistant and Transaction Coordinator for HomeKey Real Estate Group, bringing years of experience, unmatched organization, and a calm, solutions-focused approach to every transaction. As the founder of Rise Transactions, Alex has built a reputation throughout South Jersey and Pennsylvania for delivering proactive, relationship-driven transaction management that allows agents and clients alike to feel supported from contract to close.
Before stepping into the transaction coordination world, Alex was a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina while navigating life as a military spouse and mother of two. With her husband frequently deploying with the Army, she quickly realized she needed a career path that allowed flexibility while still keeping her connected to the fast-paced world of real estate she loved. In 2021, she transitioned into transaction coordination and never looked back. After years of serving agents behind the scenes, Alex launched her own transaction coordination company in 2024, which has since grown into a thriving team of five women supporting more than 30 agents across the South Jersey market.
Known for her communication, responsiveness, and ability to become a true extension of the teams she serves, Alex believes that transaction coordination is about much more than paperwork. Her approach is rooted in building relationships, creating confidence, and helping everyone involved feel informed and cared for throughout the process. She prides herself on being proactive, detail-oriented, and fully immersed in each client and agent experience to ensure files stay compliant, timelines stay on track, and nothing falls through the cracks.
What Alex loves most about her role is being the calming voice during what can often feel like a stressful process. She understands that buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, and she enjoys helping clients understand each step while serving as a trusted point of contact along the way. Whether answering questions, coordinating moving pieces behind the scenes, or simply reassuring clients during uncertain moments, Alex is passionate about making the experience feel seamless and supported from beginning to end.
Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Alex currently resides in Burke, Virginia with her family while continuing to serve clients and agents remotely throughout South Jersey and Pennsylvania. Her background as a military spouse has helped shape her adaptability, leadership, and heart for service. Outside of work, Alex is an avid cornhole player, sports fan, and self-proclaimed hot sauce enthusiast. She’s known for always having a portable speaker, wireless microphone, and the perfect Spotify playlist ready for any occasion.
