When the 2008–2009 housing market crashed, the home lost significant value and ultimately led to a short sale experience that forever changed her perspective on real estate. That experience fuels the way Beth serves her clients today. Before stepping into the transaction coordination world, Alex was a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina while navigating life as a military spouse and mother of two. In 2021, she transitioned into transaction coordination and never looked back.
